Discover Your Spark!

The Discover Your Spark! coaching program provides 30 days of coaching services designed to empower you to discover your Spark! and create a plan for success.

The program includes three,  45 minute telephone coaching sessions:

1. Who are you?  We will discover your gifts, your story and build confidence in you! 
2. What's holding you back?  We will discover what's keeping you up at night and how it's impacting your goals.
3. Plan to ignite you! We will create a plan with small, achievable steps that move you closer to your goals.

You will also receive an email summary following each session which will include the important points from your session; a link to the .mp3 recording of your session; and worksheets to prepare for your next session.  

You will also receive your customized plan broken down into achievable goals.

At the end of 30 days, you will feel empowered and ready to start to work on your plan and achieve your goals!

Ignite the Next Generation of You!

The Ignite the Next Generation of You! coaching program provides 90 days of coaching services and support designed to empower you to discover your Spark!, create a plan for success and help you achieve your goals!

The program includes everything in the Discover Your Spark! program plus two, 30 minute telephone coaching sessions.

The coaching sessions will be laser-focused on the completion of the achievable steps in your plan.  Each step moving you closer to your goal.

You will receive weekly Spark! emails that provide support and encouragement plus unlimited email access to ask questions, breakthrough roadblocks and share successes.

You will also receive an email summary following each session which will include the important points and a link to the .mp3 recording of your session.

At the end of 90 days, you will feel empowered, confident and proud of your achievements.  You will also receive a special gift to celebrate and commemorate your success!
